Real Estate intermediation has two phases:

Phase one consists of you contacting us and us visiting your property and then establishing its market value. After you decide to engage us, we enter into a contract for real property intermediation and start searching for a suitable prospect by advertising your property on our own website and on other specialised websites in Slovenia and abroad, as well as in other media. We then show your property to prospects either together with you or alone. We then organise meetings with interested buyers or tenants to agree all the details of the transaction.

Phase two consists of you giving us the green light to proceed with the transaction and us carrying out the entire legal transaction. We obtain all the documents necessary to sell or rent out your property, carry out the appropriate procedure of sale of agricultural land, prepering the contract, carry out the tax procedure, arrange with the notary to have your signature authenticated, and hand over your property to the buyer or tenant.

There might also be other services involved that we do not provide but are nevertheless associated with our work. In this case, we contact our business partners to assist you. Such services involve certified translation of the contract if the buyer or tenant are foreigners, certified appraisal if you need it for tax reasons, etc.
